Our editorial standards describe the approach Style Guide Studio aims to apply to every guide. We take responsibility for published content and welcome specific corrections.
Useful, original guidance
Articles should answer a clear reader question with relevant details: how to combine an outfit, what to ask a stylist, how to adapt an idea, or what maintenance a look may involve. Repeating a keyword or listing images without useful explanation is not a substitute for editorial work.
Accuracy and claims
Descriptions should match the image and the topic. We avoid presenting a style as universally suitable or claiming that a look is a measured trend without supporting evidence. Product testing, professional qualifications and personal experience must not be invented.
Images and AI assistance
Images must be owned, licensed or used with permission. AI-assisted content remains subject to editorial review. Generated imagery should be identified where it could be mistaken for a real product, a documented result or a tested treatment. Image-generation instructions do not belong in a published article.
Advertising and commercial relationships
Advertisements are distinct from editorial content. If an article includes affiliate links, sponsorship or a material commercial relationship, that relationship should be disclosed close to the relevant content. A commercial relationship is not a promise of a particular result.
Corrections and updates
Readers can report an error at info@styleguidestudio.com. Include the URL and explain the concern. Material corrections should be reflected in the article; dates should not be changed solely to make old information appear new.
